Nikki is responsible for delivering a seamless and exceptional client experience tailored to the needs of our institutional and high-net-worth clients. She serves on our Leadership Committee and leads our business development and client service efforts.

With over 25 years of experience in the investment industry, Nikki has held a wide range of investment- and management-related roles at a former publicly traded asset manager. She also served as Director of Retirement Plan Services at a retirement plan consulting firm, where she was nationally recognized by the National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA) as a Top Woman Advisor. Additionally, she has served as an investment banker, specializing in middle-market mergers and acquisitions, as well as financing transactions for both private and publicly owned companies.

Nikki is actively involved in several not-for-profit organizations and has served on a variety of local boards. She is a Director at Lakeland Industries (Nasdaq: LAKE), a global leader and manufacturer of protective clothing. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Broadcast Journalism from Syracuse University and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Rochester. She currently holds the Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist designation.
