George Marron joined HPA as Vice President and Senior Financial Advisor. He is both a CIMA® consultant and CFP® practitioner. George develops and delivers sophisticated investment and planning solutions for our institutional and high net worth clients. He helps clients to cut through the noise and distraction of the financial markets and focus on the factors and decisions which are meaningful and within their control.

George brings a decade of experience in investment and wealth management. Prior to joining HPA, George was the Director of Financial Planning & Advisory Services at High Falls Advisors where he earned his CERTIFIED INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT ANALYST ^TM designation and completed the BlackRock Emerging Leader Lab in 2022. He also worked at Karpus Investments as a Vice President and was a Sr. Wealth Management Consultant at Manning & Napier where he earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER ^TM designation in 2014.

George began his career as a practicing attorney over 20 years ago with a focus on business owners, professionals, and estate & income tax planning. He practiced full time for 14 years in Rochester, NY and was a partner in a mid-sized, regional law firm.

George graduated Magna Cum Laude from SUNY University at Buffalo School of Law with a Finance Transactions Concentration and Tax Certificate. He completed his undergraduate studies at College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA where he graduated with a B.A. in Psychology and was a member of the Varsity Hockey Team and Rugby Club.

George lives in Penfield with his wife and children and enjoys spending time outdoors most especially along the shores of Lake Ontario.
