Erik joined our team in 2019 as the Director of Operations. He will lead the firm’s investment operations and be responsible for building out our operational processes and procedures.

Before joining HPA, Erik worked at Manning & Napier Advisors for 21 years where he was recently the Operations Manager. His vast operations knowledge includes custodial reconciliations, performance reporting, corporate actions, class action and proxy processing, international/domestic trade settlements and data integrity. As his career progressed, Erik learned the importance of ‘loving the data’ to mitigate firm and client risk. He strives to understand how investment operations contribute to firm and client success. He has a strong ‘client first’ approach and has the ability to facilitate a trusted, team environment.

Erik graduated with a degree in Business Administration from The College at Brockport. He resides in Spencerport with his wife and two daughters.
